Lane Friedman is a Senior Associate and Senior Partner at Bakh Law Group, PC, where he champions true advocacy for his clients at trial. He joined the firm following years of experience with expert work, trial preparation, and trial work. He has since played a key role in advancing the firm’s strategic litigation mission in pursuing justice, whether inside or outside the courtroom. Notable accomplishments include a $2,250,000.00 jury verdict in an auto v. auto case, settlements including a $2,300,000.00 dollar slip and fall, a $2,250,000.00 bicycle v. auto case, and a $2,000,000.00 trip and fall, just to name a few. Mr. Friedman has settled over $30,000,000.00 of cases during his legal career.

After graduating from UC Santa Cruz for his undergraduate studies and later obtained his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School.

Vision & Commitment
Mr. Friedman uses his unique perspective to employ inventive strategies to expedite resolution for his clients. Notably, due to Mr. Friedman’s intercession on one case, it was discovered that the Defendant’s failure to act timely was due to her leaving her abusive husband and having child services almost take her child from her. His advocacy skills shined through in this unique case where he facilitated a settlement where both parties agreed to donate damages to a battered women’s shelter. Plaintiff and Defendant hugged each other and started crying after settling the case. The amicable outcome of this case continues to stand out as a significant victory for Mr. Friedman.
