Bryce Kroetz, Esq. is a Junior Associate at Bakh Law Group, PC, where he focuses on employment cases including wrongful termination, workplace retaliation, workplace discrimination, alongside complex personal-injury litigation. He joined the firm following years of experience in employment litigation, and has since played a key role in advancing the firm’s strategic litigation mission in employment law.

Mr. Kroetz earned his Juris Doctor from the acclaimed Pepperdine University School of Law (Class of 2018). He is bilingual in English and Spanish, enhancing his ability to serve a diverse range of clients.

Since joining the plaintiff-side employment field, Bryce Kroetz has taken on substantial casework—from early investigation through motion practice, settlement negotiation, and trial preparation. Outside the office, Bryce Kroetz has devoted years to coaching and mentoring athletes in the swimming community. He joined the St. John Eudes swim team in 1999 and competed through age 14, later returning during high school as a junior coach and continuing to coach—aside from two seasons—while earning his B.A. in Political Science and his Juris Doctor. Alongside his brother, Bryce continues to coach the St. John Eudes Swim team. Bryce has brought the same discipline and attention to detail that he cultivated as an athlete to his coaching roles, including as a swim coach at Porter Valley Country Club, Chatsworth High School, St. Charles Borromeo, and supporting athletes as an Volunteer Swim Coach with Special Olympics Southern California.
